Participation in the contest requires agreement to the following terms and conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. PARTICIPATION

To enter the contest, participants must: A) Register for the social media campaign “Go Go Get your Radius” or register via the link on the contest landing page. B) Subscribe to the Winora newsletter (withdrawal is possible at any time). C) Provide their first name, last name, country of residence, and email address, and confirm that they are 18 years or older and agree to the terms and conditions of this contest.

The contest begins with the publication of the post on June 20, 2023, at 14:00 (CET) and ends on September 17, 2023, at 23:59 (CET). Winners will be notified by September 24, 2023, at 23:59 (CET). Participation is free and not linked to the purchase of products. The newsletter subscription can be revoked at any time. Participation is open to anyone 18 years or older residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of Winora-Staiger GmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. PRIZE AND DRAWING

The Prize:

A Winora Radius E-Bike from Winora-Staiger GmbH. The product image is for illustration purposes only. Winora reserves the right to replace individual components shown in the image, so the delivered bike may vary.

Prize Drawing:

The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by Winora via email. The selected winner has 5 days to respond to the email and confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within 5 days forfeits the right to claim the prize. Participants are advised to check their spam folders as contest emails may be automatically redirected there.

Winora-Staiger GmbH will arrange the handover with the winner and cover the shipping costs.

3. INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART. 13/14 GDPR

We, WINORA-STAIGER GmbH, Max-Planck-Straße 6, DE-97526 Sennfeld, Germany, process your personal data according to Art. 4 GDPR - including name, first name, email address, and country - solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and subsequently sending the Winora newsletter.

Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for the associated data processors under Art. 28 GDPR or the operator of this network (Facebook/META) and within the Accell Group. Your data will be automatically and irrevocably deleted after the purpose has expired and any retention periods have ended.

Please note that Facebook (META), Google, and possibly other service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (USA). WE POINT OUT THAT THE USA IS NOT A SECURE THIRD COUNTRY IN THE SENSE OF EU DATA PROTECTION LAW. We have no influence over this data processing.

Furthermore, the Facebook (META) Promotion Guidelines and the conditions of Facebook (META) Lead Ads or Google Lead Ads apply. Depending on the input method used, the respective data protection notices listed at Winora Data Protection apply.

The winner expressly agrees that the organizer may use image material related to the prize and its execution for media purposes within their web presences and social media channels. An objection according to Art. 21 GDPR or further assertion of data subject rights can be directed at any time to the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars@ebertz-datenschutz.de) of Winora-Staiger GmbH.

4. EARLY TERMINATION

The organizers reserve the right to terminate or modify the contest at any time without prior notice if technical reasons (e.g., hardware and software errors, computer viruses, or manipulations) or legal reasons prevent proper execution.

6. FACEBOOK (META)/INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

The contest is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by them. The contact person and responsible party is solely the organizer as stated in point 5.

7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
